​How does the Facebook Marketplace Listing Tool work?
The tool is a chrome extension that you download from the Google Chrome store. Once you download it, we will email you an API key that will link the tool with your dealership's inventory. Once you have an active API key issued to you, you click on the "Select Vehicle" button and the tool will automatically open the website that has your dealership's inventory. Under each vehicle listing, you will see a button that will allow you to post that vehicle to Facebook Marketplace automatically.
How long does it take to list a car using the software?
Once you select a vehicle that you want to list, it takes about 1 minute to list that vehicle.
Will this software get me banned from Facebook?
No, the software is not detected by Facebook. The software does not violate any terms of service with Facebook either. With that being said, Facebook does have limits on how fast and how many vehicles you can post per day. The general rule of thumb is that you can post up to 10 vehicles per day. You want to space out how fast you list cars as well. If a person lists a vehicle, one after another, Facebook will view that person as a spammer and will block you from posting on marketplace.
How do you get all of my inventory from my dealership?
Our software has a built-in scraper that will load the photos and vehicle details.
